BTG Advisory enhances special situations and M&A team

BTG Advisory is pleased to announce the appointment of Felix Connolly as a Partner in its Advisory team, based in the firm’s London office.

The appointment is a major strategic hire for BTG Advisory as it seeks to expand its deals practice, which encompasses Special Situations M&A, lead advisory M&A, debt advisory and director advisory.

Felix’s 20 years’ restructuring experience and substantial transactional expertise will be a significant asset in formalising the BTG Advisory’s Special Situations M&A offering and the appointment will support BTG Advisory's wider growth ambitions nationally.

Felix joined BTG Advisory on 01 July 2024. He joins from leading private equity firm Endless LLP, where he led the development of its SME investment fund, Enact, in London and the South, with a focus on deal origination, marketing and deal execution. Prior to this, he helped develop a UK Special Situations M&A network at an international accountancy and business advisory firm.
