Anthony is a Partner in the Advisory team based in our London office, and has joined the firm to spearhead a new debt advisory practice that will assist corporate clients seeking debt funding in the range of £1m to £25m. His focus will be on advising clients on raising private capital for growth, acquisition, succession or refinancing funding projects for lower middle market corporates and owner managed SMEs. With over 25 years experience in the UK and European direct lending and acquisition finance markets, he joined the firm from Cameron Barney LLP. Prior to this, Anthony has held senior roles at Praesidian Capital Europe, Peel Hunt, Bank of America as well as Commerzbank and ABN AMRO Bank.
Anthony is a seasoned corporate debt professional with extensive capital markets experience in the UK/Europe. He specialises in direct, leveraged and corporate lending transactions, encompassing all parts of the capital structure with in-depth board level/Non Executive proficiency across multiple industry sectors. As a result, Anthony has an extensive network of contacts within the commercial and investment banks, challenger banks, private debt/capital funds, private capital investors and private equity firms across the UK and Europe.
Previous assignments range from raising and deploying over £100 million of alternative investment capital to UK lower middle market and SME borrowers to a to raising various debt financings ranging from UK infrastructure roll outs to growth funding for family owned businesses.
