Graeme Lipman

Graeme is a Director in the Corporate Solutions team based in the South West region. He previously worked for the firm, rejoining in 2017 after working with two key competitors. Graeme ran his own printing and publishing group for 24 years before moving into the advisory sector. With 12 years’ experience, he now focuses on restructuring and refinance, supporting our teams across the region.

Graeme builds solid relationships with directors, business owners, shareholders, accountants, banks and other financial institutions, working closely with them to resolve their requests and demands. Given his career history in printing and publishing, Graeme specialises in the sector and has built up a very strong relationship with the British Printing Industry Federation (BPIF). He continually receives referrals from the federation and its members.

His role involves providing assistance in the areas of cash stabilisation and creditor position, profit improvement, cash generation, consideration of appropriate restructuring mechanisms, implementation of new systems, assisting in refinancing, valuations and managing accelerated mergers and acquisitions (AMAs).
