Greg Forde

Greg Forde is a Partner in the advisory team at BTG Advisory’s London office. He began his career as an economist with EY and PwC, later completing an MBA at Cass Business School. Greg subsequently worked at Barclays within the Debt Structuring team, where he worked on a range of Private Equity and corporate debt transactions. During his time there, he also worked on the Syndications and Underwriting desk. Following this, Greg moved to Kroll to set up the Debt Advisory team, where he worked on a range of complex European transactions that required deep market knowledge and structuring expertise.

With almost 15 years of experience in corporate finance and debt advisory, Greg has a proven track record of delivering innovative and tailored financing solutions. He specialises in a range of European leveraged finance, acquisition finance, restructuring, and refinancing transactions. Greg has executed over 75 transactions and has a deep understanding of debt markets, banking relationships, and complex financial instruments. He leverages this knowledge to help clients optimise their capital structures, raise debt financing, and navigate challenging market conditions.

Greg is also has significant experience in the fast growing venture debt market, where he led the debt advisory proposition whilst at Deloitte. During this time Greg also focussed on expanding and developing the Venture Debt Strategy and executing on venture debt and ARR transactions.
