Kirstie Provan

Kirstie is a Partner in the Advisory team based in our London office. She joined the firm in 2009 and specialises in business restructuring and advisory assignments.

Prior to joining the firm, Kirstie spent three years with a global commercial finance bank, where she was responsible for sourcing and structuring pan-global Asset Based Finance transactions with deal values of £5m-50m. 

Kirstie has extensive knowledge and experience of the restructuring, private equity and asset based lending markets and a recent focus has been the provision of financial and commercial due diligence services to the global investor market.  Recent transactions have seen Kirstie advise on deals in the UK, Africa, Germany and the Ukraine.
