Mark Stevens

Mark is a Director in the Advisory team based in our London office. He is a Chartered Banker and corporate finance specialist and has over 30 years of experience in the debt and private equity markets.

Mark advises on the financial strength of public and privately quoted companies for directors, lenders and pension trustees drawing upon a wealth of experience in the debt and equity markets. His pension trustee work includes advising trustees of defined benefit pension schemes on the strength of the employers’ covenants (employer covenant reviews) and on negotiation of deficit recovery plans.

He has expertise across a wide range of commercial sectors, together with the not-for-profit space. Mark’s background, which includes working in the credit risk management environment, also makes him well placed to advise on turnaround and recovery situations.
