Richard Pughe

Richard is a Partner in the Forensic Services team based in our Leeds office. He is a chartered accountant, experienced expert witness and trained mediator.

Prior to joining the firm, he was the head partner of the Leeds office Forensic Services department of a Top 10 UK accountancy firm. He trained and qualified at Arthur Andersen.

Richard assists both claimant and defendant solicitors, barristers, insurers, companies and individuals to quantify the value of claims. He specialises in partnership matters, fraud, commercial claims, personal injury, matrimonial disputes, security for costs reports, consequential loss claims, financial reviews, criminal cases, insurance work, pension losses, fatal accident cases, share valuations and professional negligence.

Richard has provided Determinations for the ICAEW and solicitors and has acted as Single Joint Expert on numerous occasions. He provides reports or, where required, simply advice to either party, and has given evidence in Court on over 37 occasions.
