The Opportunity

• Project Lace provides the opportunity to acquire a well-respected and established wholesaler of own-branded bridal accessories, prom dresses, bridal dresses and communion wear.
• Whilst many of the lines are imported from the Far East, a number of lines are manufactured by the Company, allowing an element of bespoke production for those garments.
• Turnover in the last financial year was over £700k. The brands are well established in their marketplace, with significant opportunities for growth.
• Whilst the Business is currently operating at a small loss, significant cost savings have been identified.
